APCOM and InTouchCRM announce a new partnership
The introduction of the GDPR means that APCOM must be more careful than ever in our handling of your data.
APCOM are pleased to announce a new partnership with industry leading CRM and Marketing Automation provider InTouchCRM. InTouch will be APCOM’s membership CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and communication system in which member data will be stored securely and with the appropriate consents which was a key requirement of the APCOM executive committee ahead of GDPR regulations coming into force in May 2018. InTouch will also be used by the APCOM team to communicate with members and share news and key information.
Commenting on the partnership, Anthony Evans President of APCOM said ‘We have been working with InTouch for a while now and we are really pleased to put together a partnership that can benefit both organisations. The system gives us the opportunity to engage more effectively with members and prospective members and we are looking forward to using it more extensively to grow APCOM as an organisation.
